My friend gave me some Cleopatras Choice black soap for a birthday present. I have to say that was one of the best birthday presents I ever received. I really love this soap it makes my skin feel fabulous. This soap has Shea Butter in it and makes my skin sooo soft. She uses it for her psoriasis so she knows how good it is. I does look a little weird but who cares as long as it works.

My niece is sooo cute she is taking riding lessons and now is about to compete in her first riding competition. My sister and I went shopping for her equestrian clothing. I could not believe how adorable she is but, she thinks shes so grown up. Ahhh, to be 12 again. I would love to be in her shoes because youth is truly wasted on the young.

I've been looking for batteries for my camera. I need ls14500 batteries and I guess I'll have to buy them online. I'm in the middle of a project and just want to get it finished you know? I've been photographing a lot of my hometown and I want to make a book out of it. There's so much more to do though. So now I just need my batteries!!

I read today that CSI Miami was cancelled. All I can say is thank god. My husband loved that show and I truly hated it. It makes it one less show I have to endure. Yahoo!

I've been thinking about an iPad or a Think Pad or a new computer. My problem is I just can't decide. Lenovo has some computers I've been interested in. So I'm checking the internet for lenovo coupons to help with the cost. Hopefully, the coupons will pull it into my price range. My thoughts are get the best price you can right? My niece is 18 and getting her first job. She wants to work at Victoria's Secret. So she's going to fill out victoria s secret application. I told her that was a great idea especially since she buys most of her underwear at Victoria's Secret. I can see her eventually becoming a manager she just loves that store so much. At least she has ambitions which is more than I can say for her brother.

It has been what 3 or 4 years now and the economy is still in the toilet. Will it EVER get any better? I mean seriously. I keep expecting it to get better and it just keeps getting worse. Now I've even seen the online jobs slowing down. Come on government weren't you suppose to make this better. That just proves you can't depend on anyone but yourself.

Sometimes my husband acts just like a pirate. I get a little money set back and he plunders it. I went to look in my purse and sure enough he took my last five dollars!! I hollered at him Blackheart! He said no dear that's Bluebeard. I said who cares which it is your still a pirate! I've decided to fix his little wagon. I'm hiding my money in a different spot and my thoughts are good luck finding it now! Ha!

My hubby has now decided he needs boosters so I've been searching on the Internet for different websites he can look at. My Aunt's Retiring and Worried About Cost

My aunt became gravely ill this past winter and has decided to finally retire. I'm glad to hear it since she was soo sick. The scary part about is she's worried about the cost of pa electricity. Luckily this last winter was pretty mild so that helped. I told her to check around, see if she could get a discount due to her age or get a cheaper price. This is one of the scary things about getting older. It's still being able to pay the bills.

I have had a real struggle with my youngest. She wasn't interested in playing a musical instrument in school. I would have loved her to play one but I know that pushing a child is not the way. It just makes them hate playing their instrument. Anyway, she came home from school today and she's decided she wants to play the cornet!! Yep you heard me right! I'm sooo thrilled I can hardly contain myself. So I'm looking at cornets online to decide which one would be the best for her. Now all I hope is she really likes it once she starts playing.

My husband goes thru spurts of healthy eating infiltrated with junk food. So now he's on a sea salt kick. He's been going on and on about how much better it is for you. How it improves your health, etc, etc. What he doesn't know is I already know all of that. I tried to get him to use it 5 years ago but he wouldn't do it. So what I get to do now is chuckle to myself since he's doing what I wanted him to do in the first place!

I've been searching the internet for some patio planters, or at least looking for an idea of what I want. I finally found some patio planters at SimplyPlanters.com. I'm soo ready to buy these so I can get my patio looking like I want it to look. Since I did find the patio planters I want I'm going to remember this website for next year so I don't have to waste any time and I can just get on there and order what I want. My daughter has been looking for a job for awhile but was too good to go to work at Walmart. Finally see decided to check out what walmart jobs were available here in our town. Guess what? She got a job at you guessed it Walmart! Miss I'm too good to work at Walmart finally decided that maybe just maybe the job wouldn't be too bad. I guess her old mom know some things after all.

My husband has a friend at work who showed him his Nitro RC Cars . So yep you guessed it my hubby wants one!! He's been surfing the net checking prices, trying to decide which one to buy. My mother always told me about boys and there toys. I guess it's really true. Well now he'll have a car he can race and the "real" car can stay in the garage.

Finding a New Allergist

My niece and family moved to Austin last year. She is having terrible trouble with her allergies, and this problem puts her in a pickle trying to decide which allergist austin to use. When she talks to her friends they all have different opinions. Anyone who's moved to a new location understands this. It's not where you grew up so you just don't have that hometown know. Researching is the best way I know of, and if that doesn't work just try one. If that allergist doesn't work out then move on down the list. If nothing else it gets you off of square one.

Fishing My Husbands #2 Love

My hubby and my brother in law have gone fishing tons the last couple of weeks. They have both been laid off from their jobs because the plant here closed and moved to Mexico. That's the bad news, but the good news is they can now go fishing which they never had time to do before. Who knows what the future will hold but at least some good came out of it.

I've been looking for new business cards and I've been thinking about a plastic business card. The price is reasonable and they'll last a lot longer. My husband said no but like every other woman in the world who listens to their man, no one that I know of. I'm doing it and he can just get over it!!
