Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry Custody Problems Over Nahla

I read today that Halle Berry is trying to take away Gabriel Aubry's ability to temporarily have contact with his daughter Nahla until the child endangerment investigation is over.  The judge didn't make a decision of any kind he just put it off until Monday.
