Bodybuilding a New Hobby For My Hubby

At 45 my husband has taken up bodybuilding. No, I'm not kidding. He wants to build muscle so he asked me to buy him the best creatine supplements available. I asked him if he was having a mid life crisis or looking for another woman. He said no but just got a good look at how he had let his body go. I said haha very funny. He said no he meant it he needed to tone up to look better and feel better. I said ok I'll work out more too, but I did remind him if I caught him messing around I would cut off the protruding part of his body he sometimes thought with and I don't mean the one with ears!

Jeff Conaway a Lost Era

I was soo sorry to hear about the death of Jeff Conaway.  It's so sad. For someone so talented he was so tormented. I feel like the Grease era is lost with his death. I thought he was wonderful in that show as well as Taxi. Tragedy is never fun. Jeff you will be missed.

Acne at My Age?

I'm an adult so I don't think I should be suffering from acne. Well guess what I'm wrong. I'm wondering if there are vitamins for acne? There's vitamins for everything else right? There must be vitamins to help heal acne up. I'm for every and anything natural. I take tons of vitamins anyway so what's one more? Who knows it might have a side benefit of weight loss, now wouldn't that be a miracle?

After Being Laid Off Have You Found A Job?

Is it just me or are their other people out there who haven't been able to find a job? The economy must be in awful trouble if we can't find jobs. What happens when the unemployment runs out? How do we live then? Yep, your right I'm scared wouldn't you be?

I Hate Having Tests!

I found out that I have to have a ecg which stands for ElectroCardioGram. I really hate having tests, besides that I'm just scared. It's better I guess to have it done now than later. I just feel like I'm too young for this. Yea, Yea I'm 55 on the outside but on the inside I feel like I'm 25 you know? I really hope that my heart stays strong forever, but that is a little unrealistic so how about 200 years?

Honesty, Chivalry, and Integrity Aren't Dead!

It was so wonderful to read that Josh Ferrin found more than $40,000 in a house he recently bought and returned the money to it's rightful owner. The money was in eight ammo boxes in the attic. The previous owner Arnold Bangerter died in November. Ferrin tracked down Bangerter's youngest son Dennis and his brother Kay. They said they would split the money among all the siblings.

Medical Assisting? Is it My Calling?

I've been thinking about going through the medical assistance program at our local technical college. My mother was an RN, but I would rather work in a doctors office. It just doesn't appeal to me to work in a hospital. It's taking some thought because it's different from anything I've ever done, but sometimes a change is good. It would be nice to have a job helping people. Since I was laid off my last job it's time to make a life change, but is this the right one?

Does Anyone Else Miss Drive-Ins?

I miss when I was a kid and we'd all go to the drive-in for one price. I loved sticking my feet out the window, and getting comfy with a pillow to watch the movies. Sometimes I made thru all three and sometimes not. My favorite was to go to the concession stand. It was just ---- cool. There's no way to describe it. Old, but totally cool! I always got popcorn, a candy bar, and pop. It's at the drive-in that I saw most of my favorite John Wayne movies. Nowadays it's large TV's and staying at home. Oh, well I can dream can't I?

Building a Park Modal Home

We are building a small home at the lake near here. I've been looking at park model trailers. Park Models are built to RV industry code, but they are usually constructed in the same factories that produce manufactured homes, so they have the same great construction. You can buy them to include dormers, porches, lofts, among other things.They are portable and affordable too. I think this is the way for us to go.

Chaz - Watching Chastity Bono Become Chaz Bono

I'm watching Chaz tonight. This is the show about Chastity Bono becoming Chaz Bono. Who knew? I think he is really brave going through this transition in front of the cameras. It can't be easy. Not even counting the emotional changes, but to just have his life on display.  Bravo Chaz! I praise anyone who has courage and you sure do! I hope all your dreams come true.

Shopping For Clothes YUCK!

I usually love to go shopping but since I've gained weight it's not my favorite past time anymore. Nothing worse than a fat woman looking for clothes. I have read some hgh reviews and frankly I've been procrastinating in deciding whether to try this supplement or not. Sadly though sticking your head in the sand doesn't make reality go away. It's time to girl up and actually see if hgh works. What do I really have to lose but some weight?

Andy Dick Arrested! Are You Kidding?

Andy Dick was arrested at a Temecula, California restaurant last night because he was allegedly acting disorderly. The alleged comedian was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Mr Dick was taken to a jail nearby and booked. Hopefully, he'll be able to work out his problems.

Should I Try Oxyelite Pro?

I have never tried any weight loss supplements before so I really didn't know what to try.  I did read a oxyelite pro review. It said Oxyelite Pro has bauhinia purpurea L and bacopa monnieri in it which focuses on adjusting thyroid hormone levels in favor of fighting fat. It also increases energy and boosts the metabolism. I'm for anything that will increase my energy and increase my metabolism. It's hard losing weight when your older I can use all the help I can get! I think I'm going to give it a shot.
