Helping a Friend Find a Lawyer

Talked to Trina today and she's having trouble with her business partner. She's decided she wants to buy him out. I told her she needed to look through some raleigh business lawyers and find one shes comfortable with and get some advice on how to proceed with the buyout. Although I really think her first step is to sit him down and talk to him. What's she going to do if he doesn't want to sell? Yea I think talk to him first.
