Do You Think Charlie Sheen is Off Two and a Half Men Forever?

I was surprised at the way they killed off Charlie Sheen's character on Two and a Half Men. His body was actually never found. Do you think they're leaving it open so if he gets his act together he can come back? He is now show some repentance. I personally don't believe him. He might just need the money. I think he needs to get help before they consider putting him on the show again.
